Enerjtic Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 4, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Solmarkt Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Enerjtic (“Enerjtic,” “Platform,” or “Services”) accessible at enerjtic.com.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Enerjtic renewable energy recruitment and careers platform, including candidate profiles, job search and applications, resume builder and storage, employer job postings, recruiter dashboards, the Campus Connect ambassador initiative, Learn Solar training modules, and interview preparation resources.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform. By creating an account, browsing job listings, posting an opening, uploading a resume, applying for a position, enrolling in learning tracks, or using any feature of Enerjtic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of Enerjtic.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Enerjtic, you represent and warrant that:

  • If you are registering as a Job Seeker, you are an individual at least 18 years of age, legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and legally authorized to seek employment in India.
  • If you are registering or acting on behalf of an Employer or Recruiter, you are an authorized representative of a legitimate, legally incorporated business entity (such as a Solar EPC firm, renewable developer, OEM manufacturer, installation contractor, or consulting enterprise) with full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
  • All information and registration details you submit to the Platform are truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

2. Scope of Enerjtic Services

Enerjtic is a specialized workforce and talent marketplace tailored exclusively for India's solar and clean energy sector. The Platform provides:

  • Candidate Portal: Tools for solar engineers, technicians, designers, project managers, and sales professionals to build profiles, showcase solar technical competencies (e.g., kW/MW capacity experience, PVsyst, AutoCAD), upload resumes, and apply directly to verified openings.
  • Recruiter Portal: Tools for solar companies and EPC recruiters to post active job vacancies, review applicant pipelines, manage candidate stages, and source specialized solar talent.
  • Campus Connect: A student ambassador program bridging academic institutions with renewable energy career pathways, workshops, and student outreach.
  • Learn Solar & Interview Prep: Curated self-study courses, regulatory updates, and technical interview guides designed to upskill solar professionals.

3. Job Seeker Accounts and Responsibilities

When using Enerjtic as a job seeker, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Accurate Representation: You warrant that all information provided in your candidate profile—including your work history, solar project capacity experience (kW/MW), educational qualifications, licenses, design software proficiencies, and uploaded resumes—is true, accurate, and not misleading.
  • No Falsification: You must not upload fraudulent credentials, forged certifications, or plagiarized work samples. Misrepresenting qualifications is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • Application Authorization: Submitting an application through Enerjtic authorizes us to transmit your profile data, contact details, screening responses, and uploaded resume directly to the hiring employer or recruiter who published the job opening.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTPs. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

When using Enerjtic as an employer or recruiter, you agree to the following obligations:

  • Bona Fide Job Openings: You agree to post only genuine, current, and lawful employment or internship openings in the solar, renewable energy, and clean-tech sectors.
  • Prohibited Postings: You must NOT post:
    • Non-existent, ghost, or speculative job listings.
    • Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or franchise sales.
    • Unpaid commission-only roles misleadingly described as salaried engineering positions.
    • Job openings that require applicants to pay an application, registration, processing, interview, or training fee. Charging job seekers any fee is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account banning and potential legal reporting.
  • Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity: You agree to evaluate all applicants fairly and without discrimination based on caste, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or marital status, in compliance with applicable Indian labor laws.
  • Candidate Data Confidentiality: You agree to use candidate resumes, contact details, and application materials solely for the purpose of assessing the candidate for the specific job opening, and to handle such data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Platform Role and Disclaimer of Employment Outcomes

Enerjtic functions strictly as an online technology matching and workforce enablement platform:

  • Not an Employment Agency: Enerjtic is not an employment agency, headhunter, labor broker, or employer of record. We do not act as an agent for either job seekers or employers.
  • No Guarantee of Employment: We do NOT guarantee that job seekers will receive interview invitations, job offers, or employment by using the Platform.
  • No Guarantee of Candidate Suitability: We do NOT guarantee or warrant the accuracy of candidate profiles, the qualifications or character of any job seeker, or that a candidate will accept an employment offer. Employers are solely responsible for conducting their own background checks, technical evaluations, reference checks, and credential verifications.
  • Direct Employment Relationship: All hiring decisions, compensation negotiations, employment agreements, offer letters, and workplace conditions are strictly and exclusively between the candidate and the prospective employer. Enerjtic is not a party to any employment relationship or agreement.

6. Campus Connect Ambassador Program

The Campus Connect initiative empowers student ambassadors to foster clean energy career awareness, share upskilling resources, and organize campus initiatives:

  • Ambassador participation is voluntary and educational. Participation does not create an employer-employee, partnership, or agency relationship between the student and Enerjtic or Solmarkt Private Limited.
  • Ambassadors must conduct themselves professionally, respect institutional guidelines, and refrain from making binding representations, commercial promises, or legal commitments on behalf of Enerjtic.
  • Official ambassador certificates are awarded upon satisfactory completion of program milestones at our discretion.

7. Learn Solar & Career Resources

Enerjtic provides self-paced learning modules, technical guides, and interview prep content for professional development:

  • All course materials and guides are provided for educational and career advancement purposes only.
  • Course completion badges verify module completion on Enerjtic and may be displayed on candidate profiles. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, badges do not constitute government-issued licenses, regulatory electrical certifications, or university-accredited degrees.

8. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payments

Certain employer features (such as priority job postings, recruiter search access, or candidate talent unlocking) may require paid subscriptions or packages:

  • Pricing: All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are billed via secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay).
  • Taxes: All applicable statutory taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be applied in accordance with Indian tax laws.
  • Billing & Renewals: Subscription packages are billed according to the plan terms chosen at checkout. Enerjtic does not store raw credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials.

9. Prohibited Activities and Platform Misuse

You agree that you will NOT engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
